Longer Description

Most managers are expected to provide coaching to their staff formally or informally. Coaching is such a hot topic that it's not easy to know which experts and approaches will work in all the different times and places when coaching might be used.

In the Manager's Coaching Source, we provide managers with coaching concepts, skills and examples rooted in Evidence Based Coaching:

  • Based on the best knowledge and research on coaching and related fields
  • Applied in high-performance business environments with managers and by managers
  • Adapted and customized for specific industries, organizations, managers, and teams

The approaches and skills we describe come from academic and applied research and our experience coaching managers in Fortune 500 corporations.There are many kinds of coaching and many ways to coach, and our specialty is helping managers use coaching effectively while balancing the challenging demands of the high-performance business environment. 

Publication schedule

Articles for the Manager's Coaching Source are published the first Monday of each month, 12 months a year. Blog entries are posted most every week.

Occasionally, there will be special issues for major events and/or special announcements concerning Kahler Leadership Group. However, there should be no more than four of these a year.
