Bobbi Kahler, President

At age six, Bobbi Kahler was told by a speech pathologist that her speech problems would be a life-long disability. Her success over daunting challenges, despite expert opinion, has led Bobbi to dedicate her life to using science to turn hidden potential into peak performance. Bobbi has been developing people as a manager and consultant since 1986. She studied with leading researchers in leadership and human performance, Richard Boyatzis, David Cooperrider, David Kolb, and Marcus Buckingham.  Her latest book is Travels of the Heart: Developing Your Inner Leader.  Bobbi lives in Colorado and enjoys biking, snowshoeing, and Frisbee golf.

Rick Fowler, PrincipalRick Fowler

Rick is a Principal at Kahler Leadership Group, and is responsible for business development and executive coaching. He has worked in a consulting or coaching capacity since 1997 in high-tech, financial services, retail, and manufacturing firms ranging from the Fortune 500 companies to startups. He has an MBA from the University of Chicago and is currently working on the Evidence-Based Coaching program at Fielding Graduate University. Rick lives in Colorado. When not working, Rick enjoys skiing, snowshoeing, biking, ultimate Frisbee and disc golf.
